  • What are your hours of operation?
    We are generally open Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm EST.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Wire, ACH, and Zelle payments. We ship merchandise only after full payment is made.
  • Can I get a shipping quote before placing an order?
    Yes! Contact your sales representative who will call or email you back a shipping quote.You may also email us at our main office to obtain shipping quotes. We do our best to hold quote rates for 72 hours, but the state of shipping is very volatile and may be subject to change.
  • What is the product condition of merchandise you sell?
    We currently deal with different types of liquidation and closeout programs. From customer returns, shelf pulled items and case packed/overstock merchandise. Customer returns: Items that have been previously purchased in stores and were returned by the customer. These items may be damaged, defective or have nothing wrong at all with them. Please keep in mind that we are unable to know or guarantee the condition of these type of items. These items may also come with store pricing, discount and return stickers or some may have unremoved security tags. If these are consumable products such as makeup, skin care, etc there is a possibility of items being expired. Shelf Pulls: Unlike customer returns shelf pulled items have not been purchased. These items generally get liquidated because of numerous reasons; Packaging has changed or damaged, seasonal items, getting close to their expiration date, etc. These items are usually in better condition than returns, though they still may have retail & discount stickers, and some may have unremoved security tags. The packaging may be a little dinged and dented due to the way they are stored or handled. Case Packs: Products in this category have never been on store shelves before. Can usually be considered overstock items which never left retailers stock warehouse or distribution center. These items are all brand new but there is still a possibility that they are short dated, expired, or may have carton camage.
  • What is the Return Policy?
    All purchases are Final Sale, As-Is, Where-Is. Lexi Sales does not accept return of merchandise purchased.
